Robert Anderson - Director
Robert has successfully managed projects of national significance during his 15-year career. He has spanned a broad range of sectors from: Corporate Philanthropy, Public Sector, Construction, Transformation, and the Civil Service.
Since starting BKO Consulting in 2018 he has worked on major programmes across the UK for Central Government as a Prince 2 Practitioner and as an Institute of Leadership & Management leader. He also has specialisms in: Legal, Negotiations, Operations, Target Operating Models, Environmental, Heritage, Sport and Leisure, Events and more!
Robert has made a habit of taking on programmes that many had determined impossible and has the knack of finding a way to not only deliver – but to deliver on time and to budget.
A highlight from his time at BKO Consulting would be: Leading the UK wide secondary legislation programme for DEFRA spanning across Food, Farming, Environment, Marine, Fish, Animal and Plant Health and Arm’s Length Bodies to prepare the UK for a life outside of the European Union. The programme protected trade deals, grant funds and future relationships worth £10 Billion +.
